I ordered a cake topper and was a little disappointed when it arrived. The colors looked dull, and some of the lines were kind of blurry. It still worked for the party, but for the price I expected it to look sharper. The whole experience also had that feeling like there wasn’t really a person on the other end paying attention to the details. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I had a hard time using the site and got confused quickly. It wasn’t clear where to go or what I was supposed to do next. I didn’t really feel like reaching out to customer service either, because I usually don’t trust them to actually fix the problem without making it more frustrating.

I ordered my custom design and somehow ended up with someone else’s order instead. I reached out hoping they could fix it quickly since it was for a party, but all I got were vague promises about “looking into it” and “making it right.” That didn’t help much when there was no time left to get the correct one made. Frustrating experience overall.

The print itself looked fine, but the icing sheet tasted a bit strange to me, overly sweet with kind of a chemical taste. The packaging also didn’t seem sealed very well, so I wasn’t totally comfortable putting it on a kids’ cake. Maybe it was just my order, but with food items, I feel like it should seem a little safer. I ended up only using part of it.

I had to wait a few days to hear back from customer service, which put me in a annoyed mood. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really help much, so the whole thing felt kind of disappointing.

I swear, this thing jams at the worst possible time every single time. The second I actually need to print something, it decides to act up again. I don’t have the patience to keep pulling out stuck paper and restarting it over and over.

I ran into an issue getting my edible printer to connect properly, so I ended up reaching out to technical support. I’m not the most patient person when tech stuff acts up, especially when I’ve already cleared space on the counter and made coffee like I’m about to be productive.

To be fair, they did get back to me and walked me through a few steps, and it did fix the problem in the end. It just took a little longer than I was hoping, and I had to repeat the same info twice, which is always mildly annoying. Kind of like when you tell a doctor your symptoms and then the nurse asks again five minutes later.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one either. I’d still use them again if I needed help, but hopefully next time the support process moves a bit quicker.

The print was clear, the colors looked nice on the cake, and nothing weird happened, which is always a pleasant surprise with stuff like this. One sheet did decide to be a little stubborn when I tried to peel it, because apparently that needed to be part of the process, but after a minute it came off fine. Overall, the quality was solid and I’d probably order again.

I ordered from icingimages.com expecting the quality to really justify the price, but it ended up feeling a bit overpriced 😕. Once shipping and the extra costs were added in, the total climbed quickly and just didn’t feel worth it to me.

The product itself was fine, not bad or anything, but it also didn’t wow me. I’ve gotten similar results elsewhere for less, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices dropped.

My box showed up completely crushed, and the sheets inside were bent because of it. it just felt careless. If someone is paying for a product, the least you can do is pack it properly and make sure it arrives in decent condition. Not happy with this at all.

I’m sure part of it was just bad timing, but the shipping took way too long. I felt like I was waiting forever, and by the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. Not sure I’d order from here again
